The role

The Business Developer is part of the Business Development team, is a professional who will work to close business partnerships with the top fashion brands and retailers to make 21 Buttons become the best platform to help the fashion brands to get brand exposure, traffic and drive them new users.

You’d be joining a truly international team of young and motivated creators, thinkers and problem-solvers who are wildly driven to achieve the same goal of being the global authority of social fashion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively analyze the market and identify key players in the fashion and retail sector in France.

  • In charge of generating new leads, prospective clients and business opportunities.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  • Is the main point of contact for the fashion and retail brands based in France. 

  • Help the clients to grow in terms of marketing and sales, using 21 Buttons as an exposure tool to generate awareness and sales.

  • Close new business deals with brands by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements.

  • Work closely with brands and follow up in order to ensure account growth.

  • Manage current brands portfolio.

  • Responsible for reaching monthly and quarterly KPIs. 


What are we looking for:

  • French native profile who understands how fashion market works.

  • At least 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development roles (preferably Start up or Fashion related companies)

  • Understanding of digital landscape, media, trends and online consumer behavior.

  • Proven negotiation and analytical skills

  • Experience in prospecting and acquiring brands

  • Must have a sales mindset and be result-driven, dynamic, proactive and approachable.

  • Possessing analytical skills and strategic thinking.

  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change as our company grows.
