US Influencer Marketing Manager

With over 10 million outfits shared, 21 Buttons allows anyone no matter their audience size to earn revenue from sharing their personal style.

Launched in our first country just over 2 years ago and now with more than 3000 influencers across the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, we’re growing faster than ever and now are keen to find someone as passionate as we are about our project to join the team at this exciting stage of our company’s journey of propelling our ambition of Stateside expansion.


The Role:

As the US Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping launch the app in the market and helping to grow a strong community of top-tier content creators. You will help to identify and develop marketing strategies for the country as well as be responsible for influencer outreach and community management. You’d be joining a truly international team of young and motivated creators, thinkers and problem-solvers who are wildly driven to achieve the same goal of being the global authority of social fashion.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the launching of the US marketing campaign and helping the 21 Buttons community grow within the market.

  • Build up an influencer/celebrity community inside the platform and create a sense of partnership among them.

  • Help shape and implement new strategies to approach US-based collaborators (celebrities, influencers, advertising agencies, etc).

  • Be an instrumental creative support in developing marketing initiatives such as influencer events.

  • Work alongside the design team to create digital promotional material to aid with influencer acquisition within your country.

  • Work alongside the marketing team to develop the brand image within the country.

  • Analyze marketing channels in order to attain new users in the US market, and identify innovative ways of reaching new audiences (Trending digital platforms, events, press, etc.).

  • Achieve monthly marketing goals along with the team.

  • Work closely with multiple teams: marketing, design, social, content and product, to execute tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or PR.

  • Minimum 1-2 years influencer marketing experience within the US market.

  • Highly passionate about style and fashion, with a keen enthusiasm towards social media influencers and their power within the marketing sphere.

  • Deep understanding of popular social networks within the region.

  • Possessing skills in strategic thinking and problem-solving, as well as having stellar communication skills.

  • Languages: native English.

  • Full-time.

  • US position based - necessary to work in Barcelona the first 2 or 3 months.

  • Preferably with availability to travel.
