Launched in our first country just over 2 years ago and now with more than 3500 influencers across the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, we’re growing faster than ever and now are keen to find someone as passionate as we are about our project to join the team at this exciting stage of our company’s journey of propelling our ambition of Stateside expansion.

The Role:

As a USA Country Manager, you will be responsible of launching the app and make it grow within the market. You will identify and develop the business strategy and handle the operation details to ensure that the directions given to the team contribute to accomplish the overall organization’s goals and strategy, budget management; not forgetting team's dynamics helping to lead performances and obtain the best from each team member. You’d be joining a truly international team of young and motivated creators, thinkers and problem-solvers who are wildly driven to achieve the same goal of being the global authority of social fashion.


  • Launching the 21 Buttons app in the USA market and making it grow in the market.

  • Responsible for main KPI’s. Define, and review important metrics and help the team progress toward the objectives.

  • Responsible for the P&L in the USA

  • Monitor tasks and workflow to ensure that department priorities and goals are met.

  • Seek new partnerships, as well as maintain and optimize existing relationships, with the aim to raise brand awareness and growing the customer base.

  • Build and implement new strategies to approach US-based collaborators.

  • Work closely with multiple teams: marketing, sales and product, to execute tasks.

  • Responsible for scaling and managing the US Team.  


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, PR or Engineering. Masters focused on Management preferred.

  • 6-7 years experience in high demanding positions as in on-demand delivery (experience in B2C fast-growing apps is a plus).

  • People and business leadership experience.

  • Deep understanding of growth strategies.

  • Possessing analytical skills and strategic thinking.

  • Results oriented, autonomous and efficient.

  • Leadership - passionate about motivating teams.

  • Languages: native English.

  • Full-time.

  • US position based (NY)

  • Preferably with availability to travel.
