The Role

We are looking for a training and logistics manager to help scale and accelerate our international expansion. The training specialist plays a key role in developing the in-country teams’ knowledge in our new markets. This person will be an end-to-end owner for delivering training content to educate the team in various growth fronts, tools, professional development, and team and organizational culture. Aside from training responsibilities, the Training and Logistics Manager will lead all logistics needed to open new markets, from legal entity opening, office purchases, and team tools provisioning in partnership with HQ office manager


What You’ll Do - Responsibilities

  • Research, analyse and assess local digital skills market, identify and quantify gaps, set goals and objectives in line with the overall expansion roadmap

  • Understand and leverage all training and skill development programs managed by the mature markets to be transferred to new markets

  • Create documents, processes and sourcebooks to help accelerate expansion in multiple countries at a time

  • Network, create and nurture relationships within the HQ team to foster collaboration and knowledge flow between teams

  • Cooperate with local and regional/global teams

  • Work with the Marketing and PR teams to develop and execute the necessary communications frameworks in each country according to needs

  • Make sure new team members have an exceptional welcoming and onboarding

  • Help on any logistics needs to help building teams in new and remote locations

  • Build & maintain a pipeline of training opportunities in remote countries

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments with key customers.

  • Report to the Global Expansion Lead with alignment to the Country Lead

A person in this role should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment and love solving problems and be able to thrive in a startup culture where execution is highly valued. We are always moving at a very fast pace to make sure that users are able to experience the magic of 21Buttons.

Requirements

What You’ll Need - Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the broader education/digital skills creation sector

  • Experience managing an Education P&L: Financial Management able to effectively manage Cost and expenses

  • Experience conducting Training Needs Assessments and developing training plans.

  • Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication and written skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a matrix reporting structure

  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership and managing education projects

  • Proficiency in English (Spanish a bonus)

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Ability to create and modify training content

  • Maintains a diligent attention to detail and high quality bar

  • Experience in a team coordination or program management position.

  • Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required.

  • Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment.
