Having launched our first country just over 3 years ago, and now with more than 4,000 influencers across the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and the US, we are backed by several top-tier European VCs and growing faster than ever from our offices in Barcelona, New York and London.

We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and all-around great people-person to become one of our Tech Recruiter. You will be the first layer in our quest to find the best Buttoners and be the support on the growth in our tech organization.

We want someone who enjoys working in this field, and to be in constant contact with people that would be a great addition to our team and culture.


  • Write and post technical job descriptions

  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms

  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities

  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

  • Following up. Keep the candidates in the loop

  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products


  • At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter

  • Technology knowledge – Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at 21 Buttons.

  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

  • English Native or excellent verbal and written communication
