As the Global responsible for Channel and Content Strategy, you will lead the vision and storytelling strategy for our direct marketing channels (social, web, CRM, etc.) around the world. The role will partner with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, PR&Comms and Social Media teams to develop a global point of view and guidelines around our digital communications that enables authenticity, value, cultural relevance and timeliness to our channels. This leader will also develop digital consumer journeys that ensure integration and cohesion across our channels and stories, enabling our brand to build meaningful relationships and a sense of community with our audiences. You’ll 1lead a globally content strategy defining channel strategy, editorial calendar guidelines and content planning process - enabling the vision and local stories to come to life in meaningful ways that add values for all those engaging with our brand.
What You’ll Do - Responsibilities
Set the vision, standard and strategy for the role each direct channel plays in our integrated go-to-market process
Inspire innovation and creativity across our global channels and within the Channel & Content Strategy team
Build and manage a global editorial calendar and content planning process - aligned to a global marketing calendar. This includes monthly/quarterly themes, regional briefs and collaboration with creative team
Review briefs and provide consistency across social, web and CRM communications
Drive and measure engagement through effective storytelling, creative concepts and executions across our digital channels. Set the standard for digital engagement benchmarks
Drive innovative and evocative content aligned to brand objectives, tailored for different channels - setting a new benchmark for global & local creative content
Evolve and experiment with brand voice and brand style guidelines.
Facilitate knowledge and resource sharing to ensure a high bar for channel execution across highly distributed teams
Work with international teams to develop a sophisticated strategy for reaching audiences through international social channels

What You’ll Need - Requirements
A minimum of 6+ years proven experience delivering successful and innovative channel campaigns
You have owned channels, briefed creative and managed agency partners to develop best in class content - deployed on a global scale
Expertise within complex, global consumer marketing organizations.
An energy giver with a positive outlook and the ability to influence peers, and senior leaders across all company.
A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership
Experience working closely with and managing external agencies and vendors
You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on; you persevere when others fall away
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
High emotional intelligence and empathy
Must love fashion
Professional proficiency in English (a must)
