The Role

As Regional General Manager for EMEA you’ll have full responsibility over countries in the region including Brand reputation, Growth, Engagement and Community management.

You will identify and develop the marketing strategy and handle the business details to ensure that the directions given to the team contribute to accomplish the overall organization’s goals and strategy.

It requires a highly versatile and well rounded leader, someone who can create and drive strategy but also be hands on and engineer solutions as you go. What You’ll Do - Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy the EMEA Marketing strategy in alignment to Central Marketing Team

  • Develop and execute the new customer acquisition plan

  • Determine and manage the brand marketing, acquisition and PR efforts collaborating with central teams.

  • Build the needed Marketing team, acting as an ambassador of the Culture and making sure individual performance is properly defined, measured and recognized.  

  • Will be managing the entire marketing team (around 28 people team size) from influencers and public relations to content and CRM.

  • Establish and report on Key Performance Indicators, integrating digital content plans within overall marketing goals and working collaboratively with relevant marketing team members.

  • Co-develop with Marketing Strategy the Brand purpose, Identity, positioning and corresponding Brand architecture.

  • Conceptualize large scale creative ideas.

  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing initiatives and results

  • Reporting to the CMO and peering with all functional marketing heads.


Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Communications, Public Relations or Marketing

  • 10+ years overall marketing experience in progressively larger roles, complexity of campaigns, and increasing budgets.

  • Creative team player with high energy and a passion for e-Commerce and marketing

  • Hands on ability as a must

  • Preferably At least 3 years of experience working in a mobile app company

  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies

  • Technical marketing skills

  • Deep understanding of the media landscape as well as fashion & media industry.

  • Strong relationship management skills: ability to foster collaboration, value other perspectives;

  • Results Driven

  • Solid creative-thinking and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline driven, matrix-oriented environment;

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and/or responsibilities in parallel
