Having launched our first country just over 3 years ago, and now with more than 4,000 influencers across the UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and the US, we are backed by several top-tier European VCs and growing faster than ever from our offices in Barcelona, New York and London.

Product at 21 Buttons

As part of one of the most exciting and fast-growing companies in the European start-up scene, at 21 Buttons we are building a world-class product team that aims to become a global reference in building best-in-class consumer products.

We are organized in multidisciplinary teams that have a broad set of skills and full autonomy to make decisions and execute fast with reduced dependencies from other teams. Our product management team works side by side with product design, data and engineering to deliver the most value to our users at all times.

The role

Regardless of their level and area of focus, all our product managers are expected to:

  • Be the advocate of the user, deeply understanding their problems and needs and driving the best solutions to those needs, always with the entire experience in mind.

  • Drive and contribute to shape the product vision and strategy, having a strong understanding of the technology and fashion ecosystem we are part of.

  • Generate strategy-aligned roadmaps and backlog and keep them prioritized and at all times, taking into account users' needs, business impact and development efforts, among other factors.

  • Communicate across the organization in a simple and active way what we do, why we do it and when, and not necessarily in this order (we start with "why").

  • Collaborate closely with design, data, engineering, marketing, sales... successfully managing stakeholders from all across the business to gather ideas, research, design, develop, launch our products and grow them.

  • Invest small in validating ideas and big in executing them when they have proved to bring value to our users, failing fast and sharing learnings with other peers.

As Product Manager at 21 buttons, you are also expected to:

  • Operate in one or two of our cross-functional product development teams, working closely with engineers, designers and data scientists/analysts.

  • Own an area of the product and successfully deliver simple to relatively complex product challenges. Your area of ownership may change as our priorities and focus shift over time.

(Y)Our values

Although our product managers may come from different backgrounds, they all share our values and show some common skills:

  • User centric: You are passionate about consumer products and always put the users at the center of your decisions. You build products for and with them.

  • Think big: You balance well incremental vs exponential and tactical vs strategic thinking, being innovative and challenging the status quo when appropriate to create disruption and hyper growth.

  • Analytical: You always analyze metrics, user insights and market trends to inform your decisions and measure success. You are attentive to detail and your curiosity makes you gain and leverage new learnings to adapt fast in dynamic environments.

  • Collaborative: You are part of a team with common objectives. Your great communication skills and collaborative approach with stakeholders at all levels will help you to achieve them.

  • Driven: You naturally get things done and do whatever it takes to deliver significant impact for our users and business. You inspire your team and influence others, you persevere, help to remove obstacles and track progress.

  • Humble: You have low ego and are respectful, always putting the team and collective interests before yours, celebrating success, and recognizing failure and learning from it.

You have

Experience and accomplishment:

  • Proven track record of delivering user and business impact in a challenging product development environment.

(Please include this track record in your CV/application.)

  • English: Full professional proficiency.

In addition, it will help you if you have:

  • Experience as a product manager in a fast-moving internet company.

  • Experience building best-in-class consumer mobile products.

  • Experience with data-driven development (A/B testing, user testing, metrics definition and analysis, market and competition research...).

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a technical discipline, although we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

  • Ability to transition quickly from the "big picture" to the low detail and vice versa, rolling up your sleeves when necessary.

  • Passion for fashion.

We offer

  • A unique opportunity to disrupt an industry that has not been revolutionized by technology yet.

  • A dynamic, fun and transparent working environment.

  • Empowerment and autonomy.

  • Competitive salary.

  • Flexible working hours and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays.

  • 23 vacation days per year.

  • Possibility to choose your hardware.

  • Free daily coffee, many types of milk, mineral water and fresh fruit.

  • Monthly afterworks and two off-site retreats per year.

If you feel everything we describe above matches your experience, skills and aspirations, please don’t hesitate to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!
