At its core, the Marketing Services Specialist is a marketing professional whose focus is placed in implement and execute the B2B advertising strategy for our partners (brands and retailers), coordinating activations with influential people to generate traffic, brand awareness and reach potential buyers for our clients.
You’d be joining a truly international team of young and motivated creators, thinkers and problem-solvers who are wildly driven to achieve the same goal of being the global authority of social fashion.
Implement and execute B2B advertising strategy for partners (brands and retailers).
Execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
Brainstorm new and creative approaches to brand campaigns.
Manage all campaign elements from: ideation and execution to reporting.
Identify and build relationships with top and prominent influencers.
Track campaign KPI’s and evaluate the impact of the campaign, providing actionable insights for the future.
Work closely with multiple teams: marketing, design, social, content and product, to execute tasks
What are we looking for:
German native profile who understands how fashion influencers market works.
At least 2 years of experience in Advertising (preferably Agency, Digital Advertising, Affiliate Marketing or Brand ecommerce management).
Experience in Influencer Marketing or in business development (In the fashion industry would be a plus)
Must have a sales mindset and be result-driven, dynamic, proactive and approachable.
Understanding of digital landscape, media, trends and online consumer behavior.
Highly passionate about style and fashion, with a keen enthusiasm towards social media influencers and their power within the marketing sphere.
Deep understanding of popular social networks within the region.
Possessing skills in strategic thinking and problem-solving, as well as having stellar communication skills.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change as our company grows.
