Marketing Services Manager (native german)

Job description

At its core, the Marketing Services Manager is a professional that works inside sales team and collaborates with marketing team whose focus is placed in define and implement the B2B advertising strategy for our partners.



Define the B2B advertising strategy for partners (brands and retailers) 


• Develop, design and manage campaigns for brands working closely with the MarketingServices Specialist 


• Manage projects and establish work flow and processes, to ensure true integration from planningto reporting 


• Manage campaign budgets 


• Determine appropriate KPIs to meet and exceed campaign expectations 


• Work closely with analytics team to collect, compile and aggregate weekly and monthly reporting, and make recommendationsandoptimizations based on insights


 • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of the marketing program





We are looking for a hands-on entrepreneur willing to understand the business from a commercial perspective in order to define the best strategy for partners


Native german

• At least 5 years of experience in Advertising and Business Development (preferably Agency, Digital Advertising, Affiliate Marketing or Brand ecommerce management)

• Must have a sales mindset and be result-driven, dynamic, proactive and approachable

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change as our company grows
