We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and all-around great people-person to become one of our business Recruiter. You will be the first layer in our quest to find the best Buttoners and be the support on the growth in our Sales and Marketing organization.

We want someone who enjoys working in this field, and to be in constant contact with people that would be a great addition to our team and culture.



What you will do:


  • Schedule interviews with candidates via phone calls and email correspondence, following up with them as necessary
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls, screening them as necessary, and directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Prepare candidates that arrive at our office for their interview with one of the Staffing Specialists in the office   
  • Work directly with candidates and HR Managers
  • Updated candidate records and job postings in recruitment systems
  • Confirm new hires, provide follow-up information via phone and/or email
  • Track recruiting and recruitment activity status in a weekly report
  • Providing post-interview information to the appropriate department Hiring Manager


  • Degree in business, human resource management, psychology or any other related field 
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Experience in a start-up would be a plus)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization 
  • Strong interpersonal and listening 
  • Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills
