We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.


The HR Business Partner is a Generalist role responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process, fostering and maintaining employee relationships through coaching, advising and negotiating in conflict situations, and assisting in organizational effectiveness efforts. This role will deliver HR solutions in a number of key areas, such as recruitment and hiring, internal mobility, employee relations, learning and development, and performance management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop deep relationships and build trust with key business owners

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and engagements

  • Autonomously lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs as well as assess and improve current people programs

  • Assisting in building strong talent pipelines and managing recruitment

  • Provide HR policy guidance

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals

  • Evaluate training programs

  • Suggest new HR strategies


Requirements


Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proactive, can operate autonomously, and thrives in ambiguity.

  • The ideal candidate must be flexible with proven ability to work within tight and fluctuating deadlines

  • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes and ability to recruit all levels of the organization

  • Excellent people management skills

  • Analytical and goal oriented.

  • Team player and collaborative partner within HR and the business

  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
