The Role

As a Growth Product Marketing Manager, you will work on critical, complex features that boosts discoverability and acquisition. The features/journeys you define, develop and launch will leverage the massive scale of our global marketplace. You’ll adopt a customer eccentricity approach where effort and friction is minimized to make early user experience simply fantastic.

What You’ll Do - Responsibilities

  • Define a strategy & product road map that grows acquisition by increasing content visibility and reducing friction during on boarding.

  • Collaborate with several internal teams to execute & iterate upon your road map.

  • Collaborate with designers & engineers to bring your vision to life.

  • Collaborate with data science to develop comprehensive experimentation plans and to understand business impact of your features.

  • Scale your features to international markets, making modifications based on local business needs, market dynamics & regulations.

What You’ll Need - Requirements 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.

  • Experience formulating and driving a principled product vision and owning the narrative around that vision for leadership and stakeholders

  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level presentations as well as detailed product requirement documentation.

  • Strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into a prioritized road map

  • Prior experience collaborating with designers to bring your vision to life.

  • Prior experience collaborating with engineers to build and launch products. Demonstrated ability to understand and trade off engineering cost against business goals.

  • Demonstrated analytical ability. SQL competency a plus.
