Brand Sales Manager

Job description

The brand sales manager is a professional that works inside the sales team and defines B2B strategies to help our clients to achieve their marketing and sales goals.


HOW?


Define the B2B advertising strategy for clients (brands and retailers) and managing the team.


  • Generating new leads, prospective clients, market and business opportunities.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Managing the sales process from start to end

  • Help the clients to grow in terms of marketing and sales, using 21 Buttons as a exposure tool to generate awareness and sales.

  • Develop, design and manage campaigns for brands working closely with the Marketing Services Specialist (part of the sales team)

  • Manage campaign budgets

  • Determine appropriate KPIs to meet and exceed campaign expectations

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s client base and ensure it’s strong presence in the market

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns developed for clients.

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team



Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Sales and New Business (preferably Start up or Digital Advertising) 

  • Experience in managing teams

  • Must have a sales mindset and be result-driven, dynamic, proactive and approachable

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change as our company grows

  • Experience in Advertising Agency, social media strategies, influencer campaigns is a plus (this is not a must in difference to the mkt services role)
