The role

The Brand Sales Director is part of the Business Development team. Is responsible for defining B2B strategies to help our clients achieve their marketing and sales goals, by identifying and developing business strategies, and leading and managing the Business Development team performance; in order to achieve the company's strategic sales goals; not forgetting team's dynamics helping to lead performances and obtain the best from each team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and scaling a Business Development country team conformed by Business Development and Marketing Services talent.

  • Responsible for defining the B2B advertising strategy for clients (brands and retailers) in Spain and Italy. 

  • Build, define and implement a strategy to generate new leads, prospective clients and business opportunities for spanish and italian brands.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  • Help the clients to grow in terms of marketing and sales, using 21 Buttons as an exposure tool to generate awareness and sales.

  • Define and manage KPIs. Review important metrics and help the team progress toward the objectives.

  • Monitor tasks and workflow to ensure the department priorities and goals are met.

  • In conjunction with the Central Business Development team, develop and execute the Business Development Strategy for Spain and Italy.

Requirements

What are we looking for:

  • Spanish native profile who understands how fashion market works. 

  • Bilingual in English is a must and Italian is a plus.

  • Understanding of digital landscape, media, trends and online consumer behavior.

  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales and New Business (preferably Start up or Digital Advertising).

  • At least 4 years of people management experience.

  • People and business leadership skills - passionate about motivating teams.

  • Must have a sales mindset and be result-driven, dynamic, proactive and approachable.

  • Possessing analytical skills and strategic thinking.

  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change as our company grows.

  • Experience in Advertising Agency, social media strategies, influencer campaigns is a plus (is not a must).

  • Based in the HQ office located in Barcelona.
